Latest iOS beta shows how battery health settings will work

In 2017, Apple issued a software update that began slowing down older models of iPhone when their batteries got old. When this happens, you can keep on disabling the "performance management" feature but you could be getting more frequent shutdowns or restarts, which isn't great in terms of experience. It will also show you that the performance management feature has been applied to prevent random shutdown instances in the future.
If you want you can also disable the performance management. On the iPhone, Apple offers the option to pay in full or get into an installment agreement and pay over time.

Hogan outlined that in fall 2016, Apple received notice of iPhones unexpectedly shutting down. As a result, your iPhone will be slower than normal but you can disable this by tapping on the "Disable" link. The revenue growth was driven by the iPhone X's higher price tag. Apple claims this less impact on the performance.
One of the biggest reasons consumers are reluctant to buy the iPhone X is its price. There are multiple lawsuits against Apple now. According to the Wall Street Journal, Apple is in talks with Goldman Sachs to offer easy loans to people buying Apple products. Goldman now offers online consumer loans at an average interest rate of 12%, so for customers unable to pay in full within the existing interest-free timeframes, it could work out significantly cheaper. This arrangement is now provided by Citizens Financial Group, but the WSJ suggests this may change if the Goldman Sachs plan goes ahead.
