Nasri completes Antalyaspor move from Man City

Former French worldwide midfielder Samir Nasri on Monday signed a two year deal to join Turkish top flight side Antalyaspor from Manchester City, the club said.

As a result, Nasri now looks closer than ever to a permanent departure from the Etihad, with Turkish Super Lig outfit Antalyaspor having secured a deal for the attacking midfielder.

The deal is all but done, the 30-year-old is expected to be unveiled as an Antalyaspor player this week.

The 30-year-old France worldwide joined from Arsenal for £25million in 2011 and he made 176 appearances and scored 27 goals.

New City manager Pep Guadiola was not impressed with the midfielder last season and he sent him out loan to La Liga side Sevilla.

Samir Nasri made 171 appearances for Manchester City in all competitions, scoring 26 goals.

"Everybody at the club wishes Samir good luck in the next chapter of his career and would like to thank him for some fantastic memories", a statement on the club's official website read.

France worldwide playmaker Samir Nasri arrived in Antalya over the weekend ahead of his proposed move to Antalyaspor.
