Bodies of four badly beaten men found in Long Island park

Prior to police comment Thursday afternoon, friends of those missing said they believed MS-13 gang members, who are also accused in a slew of recent teen killings in the area, are responsible. William Tigre says police have questioned him about what clothing his brother was wearing and whether he had any scars or tattoos. "I have full confidence that the outstanding men and women of the Suffolk County Police Department under the leadership of Commissioner Tim Sini and Chief Stuart Cameron will do what is necessary to apprehend the perpetrators and bring them to justice".

The bodies turned up in a wooded section of a park in Central Islip.

In a press conference on Thursday, Suffolk Police Commissioner Timothy Sini said that police have "tentatively" identified the four males and will not release their identities until definitive identification has been made.

Four young men found dead in a park from injuries inflicted by a sharp-edged object were killed in a way that is consistent with the methods of the MS-13 street gang, according to police, who declared war against gang violence in the suburbs of Long Island.
